Publish static pages with diagrams

I use Logseq Publish SPA to publish the resulting pages.

Is it possible to make the diagrams as code plugin work in this context?

I understand some JavaScript files from the plugin should be in the final result, either including them in the uploaded files or (preferably) specifying them as dependencies to download at build time. Perhaps there is a way to specify these dependencies, and I could not find the corresponding documentation.

Am I missing something?
