If we run code with release build, devices are not listing or getting discovered . #236

Hi ,

I am using latest source code Zeroconfig, when I run this with debug build it is working I can discover my devices within subnet . But when I run this with release build , devices are not getting discovered.
I am using .net 4.8
WPF
