Custom UI Elements not building correctly #206

After converting the project to the MSBuildSdkExtras project style the custom elements, like IValueConverter and Behaviors no longer compile in xaml. Like it is unable to resolve the namespace=clr-namespace:Project.Beahviors. When defined in the WPF Application project.
