Ignore single-line comment instructions

One article I had previously exported as PDF and still have #+LATEX: \clearpage in it, which is now visible in the published blog entry.
I think lines starting with #+ (or maybe just # ?) should be ignored by default.

Lines staring with #+ are not part of https://github.com/novoid/lazyblorg/wiki/Orgmode-Elements (except some block parameters).

I'll think about that feature request and implement it if it has no side-effects.
