Has there been an update to the compose / strings / commands to install transmission with OpenVPN? Any issues / updates that have been needed? I need help

I have a Pi-5 with external 2.5"ssd. I have been able to follow along to the transmission video, and then i get stuck. I follow the commands exactly and cant get container to load. The original JSON file has been updated and there are 2 Transmission temlplates, latest and 3.0. I can't get either to load.
