Error When Uninstalling

Describe the bug

I just got a save to space and decided to install a few planet mods to make it interesting as I started exploring space. I installed Maraxis as well as a few other mods. My Nauvis megabase heavily relied on ducts from Fluids Must Flow for bringing in oil but after having Maraxis installed for ~8 hours, I noticed that it reworked the duct recipes to use tungsten instead of iron plates which I just wasn't ready for, so I decided to uninstall the mod.

Well, unfortunately, when I uninstalled the mod (having never visited Maraxsis) it fails with an error:

Unknown recipe-category name: maraxis-hydro-plant-or-assembling

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior from a new save:

1. Create a new game without maraxsis
2. Add maraxsis
3. Do not use any maraxsis content or recipes
4. Uninstall maraxsis
5. Try to load the save file without maraxsis
6. See errors

Expected behavior
Cleanly uninstalls and reverts recipes to previous state.

Probably reproducible without my specific save file but if you really need it, I will attach it.

Do you have a more complete error message you can share? After a mod has been removed, none of its code can be run, so the bug is almost certainly in another mod assuming that a given recipe category still exists.
