Description of the Issue

I specified «» quotes in the settings, but Auto-Insert does not work.

Steps To Reproduce

I specified «» quotes in the settings.

Current Behavior

Auto-Insert does not work.

Expected Behavior

Auto-insert «» quotes will work.
