Hello,

I'm trying to make a figure for the plant hormone signal transduction pathway for Orzya sativa japonica, but for some reason when I use the output overlay image function the nodes don't overlap correctly with the pathway image from KEGG. The pathway ID that I used was "dosa04075". Judging from previous figures that I made, it seems like the developers changed the layout of that pathway, which I think is what's causing the issue. Is there a way to fix this? Thank you in advance.

This is what the figure looks like for the pathway. When I try other pathways, such as the TCA Cycle, it works fine.

The issue might be caused by a cached or previously saved image file, which could result in old images being overlaid on the latest KGML.

Please first try deleting downloaded XML and PNG files from the working directory, clearing the BiocFileCache, and setting the use_cache option to FALSE in overlay_raw_map() and pathway() functions.
I checked the two pathways you mentioned, and the positions appear to be correct.
