From the discussion in the meeting today:

Brainstorm next deep dive topics #268
- Funding for contributors
  - How can the project accept and handle contributions of $
  - Use of crowdfunding in the project
  - Would we sign up to programs like Hero Devs, how would we spend $
  - How to support linking people who want to pay to get a specific features/task completed
  - Next steps
    - Michael to open issue to start planning for this deep dive.
- Building a sustainable and healthy collaborator base
  - Some relevant aspects:
    - long term collaborators
    - future leaders
    - diverse
    - supported/funded
  - To start we should gather some data
  - A collaborator survey might be good as well
  - Next steps
    - Marco will open issue to discuss gathering some data
    - Should plan for collaborator survey as well
