Come and make something - whether it's a sleep tracker that hooks up to your preferred fitness API, a set of lights that track your Travis CI build status, a site that reacts differently based on the presence of different people's BLE device signatures, or something else entirely, you can build it at this workshop.
No hardware experience? No problem. We will be using the Tessel (tessel.io), its modules, and the high-level APIs they afford. I can get you started, point you to approaches to accomplish your goal, and help you debug. I've run similar workshops around the world over the past couple of years, so I can make sure it's a fun experience.
