NOTE: wait to work on this issue after pruning and reorganizing for FishSET Lite (aka the FishSET GUI).

Some of the automated yellow warning messages make users think something is wrong. Search for and suppress any that are not providing the users with helpful information.

On yellow warning messages that we have written into the code, make it apparent to users that these are not error messages.
