Favorites in Kickoff Menu

Is there a way to set Favorites in the Kickoff-menu with the kickoff option?

I analyzed it and found that setting favorites changes
~/.local/share/kactivitymanagerd/resources/database-wal
~/.config/kactivitymanagerd-statsrc

It seems like this is set in a Database?

I am using Plasma 6.4.2
