How to configure Breeze window decorations? Is it concern of plasma-manager?

I'm having trouble figuring out how to set Breeze window decorations via plasma manager.

I've looked through the available options in plasma-manager and home-manager, but I can't find an example or documentation for setting the window decoration options.

Any working example or pointer to relevant docs would be much appreciated. My breezerc looks the following.

[Windeco Exception 0]
BorderSize=0
Enabled=false
ExceptionPattern=.*
ExceptionType=0
HideTitleBar=true
Mask=0

I was able to just use configFile, there must have been a typo before that made it fail.
