maint: migrate to new *NiPreps*' crediting systems, honour eddymotion's contributors

Moves all contributors to tables under ``.maint/``, following NiPreps'
directives.

Adds an admonition to the README file indicating that the project
derives from eddymotion, explaining how it was archived.

Resolves: #13.
