Please update the java version for the spigot version 1.20.5

@Petmic1337 You can use my image https://hub.docker.com/repository/docker/cschank/spigot/general for the time being. I fixed it to use Java 22 for 1.20.x. I was going to make a PR, but I guess I've been beaten to the punch per @cwadley.
