[Feat] : Responsive down arrow and up arrow in selecting version. #322

That seems to be more responsive, if we add down arrow when dropdown is open , up arrow when dropdown is closed.
Steps to reproduce:
- After Clicking on "Get started"
- checkout version selecting or checking dropdown,
