Remounting doesn't work on 14.7

Hello,
i'm running the app on a M2 Macbook Pro on macOS 14.7. The app does automatically unmount my time-machine SSD when the screen is locked, but does not remount the SSD after unlocking the screen again.
It does not work with or without delay.
The SSD is connected to my Dell Monitor which is connected via Thunderbolt 4 to the Mac.
Any help would be appreciated. Also is there a possibility to refund the application? Because without this functionality it is useless to me..
