Widgets config does not 'stick'?

I have two external drives which I use with Time Machine. If I add two Backup Status widgets and set each one to point at the different drives they both display fine, but I'm noticing typically that overnight they both change to show the same drive. Is there any way to prevent this?

Not familiar with this issue. I'll look into it when working on a update.

Thanks, screenshots attached if useful.... disks, initial widgets, then after 10 minutes.... as you can see both widgets now show the same disk. Hoping you can resolve the issue.
