Bug description

I have a leak detector sensor called Wasser-Test. I found, that {{open_sensors}} in the notification is quite different for english vs. german:

message: Wasseralarm: {{open_sensors}}
delivers: Wasseralarm: Wasser-Test is moist
this seems to be ok. But
message: Wasseralarm: {{open_sensors|lang=de}}
delivers: Wasseralarm: Wenn Wasser-Test nass ist
(translated would be "If the water test is wet")
