When trying to use the extension of Azure DevOps Server 2019 (the RTM version, no Update 1 yet), we're receiving the message "TFS.WebApi.Exception: 400: error" when most calls against the server are tried (e.g. the "Print" option, clicking on an iteration/area path, selection a paper size etc.).

@HfCpx I don't have access to DevOps Server 2019 and a 400 error is too general for me to know what to look for. I can only presume the Rest API for 2019 has changed (or is not implemented yet) in v5.0. I'll take a look soon and see if I can identify anything material that may have changed. If there's any more information you can provide, it would be really helpful.

I was able to reproduce once instance of a 400 error, when a sprint with no work items was selected, so I've published a fix for this, along with some other enhancements. @HfCpx I'd be grateful if you would try a version higher than 3.11 and let me know if that improves anything?
