I don't know if pymt5adapter has any issues with the latest version 5.0.43 but trying to pip install pymt5adapter now shows error:

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement MetaTrader5==5.0.33 (from pymt5adapter) (from versions: 5.0.36, 5.0.37, 5.0.43)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for MetaTrader5==5.0.33
