Fix for not able to access key cloak admin console

• Resolves the issue of running keycloak from a docker container . The jboss/Keykoak has issues running pulling the image from https://hub.docker.com/r/wizzn/keycloak/tags works .
• Able to access admin console via local host

• wizzn/keycloak:14 is not working in my local machine well. Looks like the boot-strap timing is longer than jboss/keycloak.
• I was wondering if you could or did try the below version of 15.1.0.
• I will also try this version and other versions as well.
• We might add some comment in docs. Because many people could have different issues per each Keycloak docker image version on their different machine.
