Description
For many users, the DataHUB is the first entry point to the ARC ecosystem.
So they just curiously start a New (non ARC) Project or Group there.
It would help a lot to (a) tell newcomers that this is a place to share ARCs and (b) redirect to relevant resources to learn about ARCs, tools, etc.:
