Please consider allowing unprivileged users to mount their own external sites under Personal Settings. Currently only an admin can do this.

It would quite helpful to have as an optional feature, which could be enabled by the admin of an External Sites app.

For clarification, does this mean "not sure if we want this even when someone makes a PR" or rather "we don't want to invest much time in this feature, a PR would be fine" ?
