Need to make sure management approves of distributing packaged software.

Hopefully, not an issue due to open-source but maybe want to get a publication/etc. out first.

Basically done, we have anaconda distribution:

Elevated this ticket since related to analysis.sns.gov cluster packaging and distribution.

Mainly, need a way to install system-wide for all Usersbut in an isolated conda environment (ie use the package MantidWorkbench instead of system installed version)

@peterfpeterson suggested to also include packaging via conda construtor. Related articles: here and here
