Add a 'Sample Environment' drop-down

Would like to add a Sample Environment drop-down box under the Comments field. Will pass this as a command-line variable to autoNOM.py in fastgr/step1_handler/make_exp_ini_file_and_run_autonom.py

Drop-down options should be:

• shifter
• orange_cryostat
• ILL_furnace
• stick_furnace
• aerodynamic_levitator

Will use this to launch Mantid calibration.

Steps:

1. Get current date
2. Get sample environment
3. Get diamond run input
4. Determine run cycle based on date
5. Check if calibration file already exists in /SNS/NOM/shared/CALIBRATION/<year>_<run cycle>_1B_CAL/
6. If not, create JSON input file using: diamond run, vanadium run, current date, sample environment input, last calibration in the directory in Step 5
7. When the diamond and vanadium runs exist, launch calibration_creation.py which we will locate in /SNS/NOM/shared/scripts/
