a user mentioned to me that she wants to use the ADNI data,
lots of it has DTI and fMRI data.
and it has lots of metadata.

We use this at APL. It is a restricted dataset in terms of usage and sharing (see here: http://adni.loni.usc.edu/wp-content/uploads/how_to_apply/ADNI_Data_Use_Agreement.pdf)

But has a bunch of neat information and covariates! Hope that helps a little.
