Markdown/Quarto Rendering Issues

Various Issues - will separate and document properly later

• Rendering fails for modules not having cairo available
• when rendering, giving a file names loses the .Rmd but renders in 4.3.2
• markdown then fails to render a new file in 4.3.2 missing cairo
• works and doesn't work in the same session

difficult to see understand whats happening, seems to be dropping things.

A BUG.

• fixing cairo is a likely solution (also solves plotting)
• may not solve everything wrong
• prioritise 1 version, R-4.3.2-foss2023a or make new 4.4.1

R/4.2 versions work fine

We will skip fixing it on the current R/4.3.2 module. Instead, we can rebuild the module on the new host os Rocky which has fribidi and harfuzz as system libraries. This will allow us to build the module with --with-cairo while relying on host libs as the issue here is that >4.3.2 doesn't like those two libraries to be coming from environment modules.
