How to solve the warning "Undefined global vim."?

I am writing a lua file for lazy.nvim and get the warning "Undefined global vim." in the line library = vim.api.nvim_get_runtime_file("", true), . The plugin works, though. Sorry, I am not familiar with Lua.

Your settings need to be under a settings key in the table you pass to the setup (or vim.lsp.start()) function.

But it still didn't get rid of the warning.

It does for me. Make sure you restart Neovim and that your config is actually loaded.

even copy pasting the config recommended does the job
