ubuntu-latest with go-1.23 getting tls: failed to verify certificate: x509

hi,
In my runner i am using ubuntu-latest with go-1.23 in my action.
when i run act -b --rm it gives
tls: failed to verify certificate: x509 error for one of the module in go.mod.
i have tried to run the command in my environment locally works fine.
Is there any pointers or docs i can refer to fix this.

per #2628, did you use select the small image for running actions?

If true there code be a problem of the official node images, no idea.

You had 3 options for ubuntu-latest, small, medium and large, the act --bug-report command has been created to provide this all in one shot.

You can alter the ubuntu-latest image using -P ubuntu-latest= see here for some values https://nektosact.com/usage/runners.html for medium and large.

work around:
use one of the other available images in act to run the workflow
act -b --rm -P ubuntu-latest=catthehacker/ubuntu:act-latest
this resolves certificate issue
