Continuation of #660 and #669

😯 Describe the feature

We don't have a strict TODO here, so some imagination is required :)

But here are some ideas:

• I thought maybe add logos for Neherlab, Biozentrum and University of Basel, similar to the ones on print preview (in the app: export -> preview, src: components/Main/PrintPage)?

• Vercel (aka Zeit aka now.sh) helped us a lot (sponsored the deployments of PRs). So maybe add their "powerd by" logo? If you find a good one...

• Also maybe a link to GitHub page?

• Oh, and Github unlocked their Discussions beta for us. Which we may also consider "powered by"

• Would be nice to make the version text clickable, i.e. version number -> the tagged commit on GitHub, commit hash -> GitHub commit and build -> Travis log

• We are also planning to add a citation to the paper, at least on desktop. Not sure if it fits there stylistically. Here it is:

  See "citation tools" for the text and the link should follow that text. Does it make sense to make it an MDX component for easier formatting of the text?
