[Suggestion] Scavenger for finding hotspot

I know that Scavenger is the project to find dead-code, but it would be quite useful to extend the opposite - Hotspots in code. That will be helpful much because it shows which to develop/refactor first.

I think your suggestion is somewhat covered in #109.
There's also a lot to think about...because we need to define what a hotspot is...and how it's recorded within scavenger.
