Clarify raster_band_percentile docstring and warn if raster isn't projected #299

It would be nice if the the docstring for raster_band_percentile made clear that it calculates percentiles of pixel values, not of total area. In the standard use case, pixel values are a proxy for area, so it only makes sense to run on a raster in a projected CRS. (In a geographic CRS pixels do not have equal area, so the percentiles would be skewed). It would be nice to have a warning to remind us about that.
