Describe the feature request

Currently all verdi worker machines get assigned 16GB of swap file. This works great for all PGE workers except for DISP-S1 SCIFLO. We seem sometimes to go over this limit and the result is the EC2 being terminated.

Susan set up a flag we can use in terraform to increase this. I will dig up my notes to see what that was.

Make sure that the machines have enough disk space for the swap file size increase as well.
