Work on this issue in a new branch of the azure branch.

If you close the browser or the tab and return to BIDARA, you will see the thread messages that were cached in the browser's indexedDB, but you will not see any images the user uploaded, or images that were returned from code_interpreter.

To get an image returned from code interpreter try uploading a simple excel file with some data, and asking BIDARA to generate a graph of the data. It should return an image of a plotly graph generated from it's notebook environment.
