Agent solutions don't work as expected for 3 or more clashing agents

What works:

The solutions run as expected for 2 and less Agents.

The issues:

When adding 3 Agents with clashing content, 3 solutions should be expected, but instead there are 4 solutions.
When adding 4 Agents with clashing content, 4 solutions should be expected, but instead there are 6 solutions.

The expected output:

When adding 3 Agents with clashing content, 3 solutions should be expected.
When adding 4 Agents with clashing content, 4 solutions should be expected.
