Need to slow down or speed up time

I get it with pause equal true and change the delay every time onRefresh is called. For example, when increasing the speed by 10 times, I shift the delay by 10 seconds with each call to OnRefresh. But because of this, my chart loses its smoothness. Are you planning to add slowdown/speedup or could you give some advice on how best to implement it?
