[GUI] Window size paramaterers are not saved #117

On Windows-11 Pro with VS 2022 CLI compile as described on README.

A few minor issues:

The Windows location and size is not saved between runs.
The lower log part of the window is not resizable.
For the LimeSDR-USB board, upon start there is an error:
