[FEATURE] Add aarch64 support for ML4W Apps #1309

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There's a lot that works in aarch64, but there aren't flatpak aarch64 packages for the welcome and sidebar apps (like com.ml4w.sidebar) so there are a few things that are broken on arm. Overall love the work. Thank you for this project!

Just aarch64 packages in flatpak (dotfilesinstaller works, but sidebar and welcome don't)
Describe alternatives you've considered
I just comment out the broken stuff in config files
