[Feature request] App Action support for Samsung Routines/Modes

Feature description

What I want to do:

1. Have a routine that turns on the Mullvad VPN connection when I connect to a specific WIFI network (university wifi).
2. Automatically connect to the VPN when my "work" mode starts.

To do this, i would have to start an app action via the "Open an app or do an app action" operation block in the routines "Then"-section. When I select this, mullvad currently only provides an "Open App" operation, which is not really helpful for this.

Alternative solutions

I think it would be possible to expose a "Connect to VPN" action, which can be triggered. If I finde the time i will look into this myself and provide a draft MR.
