Feature description

Mullvad VPN supports SSH tunneling where your traffic is tunneled over SSH to a bridge server and then to the VPN server. This can be done with https://mullvad.net/en/help/ssh-and-mullvad-vpn. However this is different for each platform, only supports OpenVPN and is hard for new users. This can all be solved by adding support with an in app settings for SSH tunneling with the other obfuscation settings in WireGuard like Shadowsocks and UDP-over-TCP, also letting users choose the bridge server to use for SSH tunneling with WireGuard. This would make it easier to new users to setup SSH tunneling and unify the experience to one tool for all desktop platforms.
