Corresponding issue - Anber/wyw-in-js#150
Temporary solution is to override dependencies:

"@wyw-in-js/processor-utils": "0.8.1",
"@wyw-in-js/shared": "0.8.1",
"@wyw-in-js/transform": "0.8.1"
}
Seems that issue Anber/wyw-in-js#164 should be resolved before updating wyw-in-js in pigment-css.
