Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

Right now it's easy to setup a notification and leave it disabled unintentionally.

Describe the solution you'd like

When saving a disabled configration, a popup should show, asking if you'd like to enable it (if all the validations have passed)

Acceptance Criteria

  • Reminder to enable it shown to user

Describe alternatives you've considered
