Can't open IoTCoreDefaultApp Anymore #504

When trying to open the IoTCoreDefaultApp now in Visual Studio 2017, I get an error of

Visual Studio Update Required

One or more projects require a platform SDK (UAP, Version=10.0.10069.0) that is either not installed or is included as a part of a future update to Visual Studio.

These samples worked three weeks ago in the same configuration, but don't work now.

In the project properties make sure the Target version and Min version are set to SDKs that you currently have installed.
