BUG: HA Add-on restart triggers v3 Cam siren

Describe the bug

When I restart the addon, on of my v3 ([WYZE_CAKP2JFUS]) siren triggers for 30 seconds. This is what I see in the log, and it is only there for that one camera
[front] [CONTROL] Attempting to SET: alarm=1
[front] [CONTROL] response=1,1,3,2
