Hi, I'm struggling to understand what does 'we are going to upscale it to 5 features' mean.
The section which is not really clear to me starts around minute 6:51 (here exactly).
And also I really didn't understand what "out_features" means.

Is there any online resources to understand better those concepts? Also maybe a graphical explanation would be better.
