I want to make a MultiClass Classification Model For Employee image Recognition

After doing a lot of research i am currently confused, I want to make a model that predicts the the names of the employees in my office(its a small startup),we have maybe like a total of 50 people.
any help with this would be Greatly Appreciated.
I dont want to use a Pretrained Model, Need to Make this from Scratch as Asked by my Boss.

Based on the size of the dataset, 50 images, I will recommend a small model. You can create a simple model with Conv2d layers, non-activation layers etc. More of like TinyVGG. I think that should work for your case. Preparing your data will be your main challenge.

How long do you think it should take to make?
and my boss has now asked me to use a pretrained model, any help with that would also be appreciated.
