[feature request] JavaScript script support

Currently only lua scripts are supported. Is it possible to consider adding JavaScript script support?

I want to extend mpv but I'm not familiar with lua.

That's possible yes but considering scripts aren't even properly supported right now I'm reluctant to add this.
Do you have any concrete JS scripts in mind you'd use with mpv-android?

I wrote some JS scripts to extend the desktop, some of which I wanted to use on mobile as well.
