missing rule for idealo

There is a cookie banner with decline button on idealo.de and idealo.at. I tried to write a rule, but according to the log the rule d42bbaee-f96e-47e7-8e81-efc642518e97 gets applied for privacy-mgmt.com which is an opt-in only rule and therefore doesn't work in cookie mode 1.

Like #456 and #243, the opt-out button is located inside a shadow DOM.
