CONTRIBUTOR LICENSE AGREEMENT
Thank you for your interest in contributing to the Tunnelmole project (the "Project"). This Contributor License Agreement ("Agreement") documents the rights granted by contributors to the Project.
By submitting code or other content to this Project, you (the "Contributor") agree to the following terms and conditions for your present and future Contributions submitted to the Project. Except for the license granted herein to the Project and recipients of software distributed by the Project, You reserve all right, title, and interest in and to your Contributions.
"Contribution" means any work of authorship, including any modifications or additions to an existing work, that is submitted to the Project, including but not limited to communication on electronic mailing lists, source code, documentation, or any other files.
"Contribution" also includes any Feedback.
"Feedback" means any suggestions, ideas, or other feedback provided by the Contributor with respect to the Project.
The Contributor hereby grants to the Project, Robbie Cahill, and to recipients of software distributed by the Project a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, perform, sublicense, and distribute Contributions, and any modifications or additions thereto, and to use Contributor's Feedback for any purpose related to the Project.
The Contributor represents that they are legally entitled to grant the above license. If the Contributor's employer(s) has rights to intellectual property that the Contributor creates that may be applicable to the Contributions, the Contributor represents that they have disclosed such intellectual property rights to the Contributor's employer(s) and has obtained an appropriate license or permission from the employer(s) for the Contributions to be made available under this license.
This Agreement will terminate automatically if the Contributor breaches any representations or warranties herein. Upon termination, the rights granted to the Project and recipients of software distributed by the Project shall survive.
This Agreement represents the complete agreement concerning the subject matter hereof. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia. This Agreement may only be modified by a written instrument executed by both parties.
